Welcome to Mothers Choice Midwifery with Tiffanie Gonzales, CPM! A little about me. I started this journey after being a stay-at-home mom for 14 years. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a mother, and luckily enough for me, I found a partner who was on board with having a big family, and together we have five daughters and two sons. My husband Michael and I have been married for 29 years, and I would not have gotten into birth work had it not been for his constant support of my dreams.

Client Birth Stories

"Delivering at home is like a night and day comparison to being in the hospital. I never put anyone down for the decisions they make when delivering, but after doing both, a homebirth with a midwife is hands down the way to go. And Tiffanie is the best midwife out there if you ask me. My daughter’s birth was everything I could have prayed for and more."

"My journey with Tiffanie has been an amazing journey and nothing can compare to such a wonderful experience. A little back story as to why I decided to travel all the way from Georgia to Nevada was because I couldn’t find a doctor in Georgia to help me with a vaginal birth for my twins. Every doctor I had met either didn’t want to try or didn’t care."

“The craziest thing was I declared The Hand of God by Ernstly Etienne my birth song very early on when I decided to do a home birth, and guess what song Breck was born to? No joke. He came out while that song was on, and the playlist was on shuffle. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. It wasn’t easy for me, but the whole time my brain knew I could do it and those whom I chose to surround me knew it too."
